You may pay online using your credit or debit card with a Visa, Mastercard or Discover logo. Don't want to pay online? The following payment choices are still available:

  • Pay in person (cash, check, credit card, and money order) at the Orchard Dale Water District office, 13819 E. Telegraph Road, Whittier.  Monday thru Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Please note that we only accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover)
  • Pay by mail
  • Drop your payment off at the District's Drop Box located at the front of our building.
